Warranty of your goods purchased and installed by Bay and Basin Security Doors vary dependent on our System supplier warranties. Any door purchased and installed from Bay and Basin Security Doors are welcome to a free service call in the first 12 months.
The most common call outs revolve around triple locks and rollers both of which rarely need replacing in this first twelve months. It is usually the alignments of locks or Sliders coming of their tracks. With a quick recap of the initial hand over we are usually back on our way.
On installation of our doors a Warranty Care and information sheet will be provided for reference to general Care required which is largely based on proximity to the ocean.
Sliding security screen doors offer your home a wealth of advantages. But they can require some maintenance from time to time. When a sliding security screen is unlocked and receives an impact, it can come off its track.
If it requires more than just returning to the track Bay and Basin Security Doors carry a large range of rollers for screen and glass doors to allow for roller replacement. Situated in a coastal environment we also like to offer a stainless steel solution when available for longer last and better performance.
All our sliding security doors come standard with Tru-Coastal Rollers which have the highest resistance to corrosion on the market.
Re-meshing can be a tricky DIY job so we are always happy to help. We carry all necessary clips and the correct size spline for any size screen.

Bay & Basin Security Doors can supply and fit a range of pet doors specifically designed for our range of insect and security screen doors.
Small - The Flap Opening Dimensions are: 240mm (9½â€) high x 190mm (7½â€) wide. This is suitable for all size cats and small to medium size dogs.
Medium - The Flap Opening Dimensions are: 305mm (12″) high x 225mm (9″) wide. This is suitable for medium size dogs.
Large - The Flap Opening Dimensions are: 400mm (15¾â€) high x 260mm (10¼â€) wide. This is suitable for large size dogs and features a drop in Opaque Lock.
We suggest the best way to see which size Pet Door is suitable for your pet is to cut the dimensions of the flap opening out of a piece of cardboard and see which size your pet is most comfortable going through. Please remember Pet Doors are used for convenience whilst you are at home.
